Republicans Fight Against Ballot Harvesting in Battleground States

James O'Keefe from Project Veritas, released a video that proves Minnesota Congresswomen Ilan Omar had operatives that would commit ballot harvesting, which creates a ballot drop -off stations

President Trump called for US Attorneys to launch an investigation into a ‘cash-for-ballots’ scheme involving political allies and associates of Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar.

“This is totally illegal. Hope that the U.S. Attorney in Minnesota has this, and other of her many misdeeds, under serious review??? If not, why not??? We will win Minnesota because of her, and law enforcement. Saved Minneapolis & Iron O Range!” Trump said in a midnight tweet.

Minnesota Police Department said they are now investigating the illegal ballot harvesting scheme.

"We are in the process of looking into the validity of those statements," a department statement read on Monday. "No further information is available at this time on this."

In Texas Joe Biden's political director, Dallas Jones, was caught in another ballot harvesting scheme.

According to the National File two investigators, including a former FBI agent and former police officer, testified under oath they have video evidence, documentation and witnesses for their investigation.

Democrats were able to make late election rule changes in many battleground states to allow for a number of advantages for them, making voter fraud into a legal practice. Across the country Democrats have changed the rules in order to allow ballot harvesting and mail-in ballots counted days and weeks after election day on November 3rd.

In North Carolina’s new guidance and consent decree, the state agrees to:

  • Count ALL ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by 11/12 – a whopping 9 days after the election!

  • Allow voters to correct their rejected mail ballots

  • Establish ballot drop-off stations (ballot harvesting)

From The Gateway Pundit:

The Trump campaign and GOP argued in their lawsuit against North Carolina’s elections board and its chairman, that the new mail-in system will allow for absentee ballots to be cast without a required witness or notary public.

With the new changes, absentee voters who don’t complete information on their envelope about a person who witnessed them fill out the ballot will not be required to complete a new ballot and find another witness. The absentee voter will be able to turn in an affidavit claiming they filled out the original ballot.

Republicans got a win in Wisconsin last week when the seventh court halted a six day extension for counting absentee ballots that was adopted by Democrats.

From Redstate:

A little earlier today, the Seventh Circuit weighed in on an appeal by the Republican National Committee, the Wisconsin GOP, and Wisconsin’s Republican legislative caucus:
A federal appeals court on Sunday temporarily halted a six-day extension for counting absentee ballots in Wisconsin’s presidential election, a momentary victory for Republicans and President Donald Trump in the key presidential battleground state.
As it stands, ballots will now be due by 8 p.m. on Election Day. A lower court judge had sided with Democrats and their allies to extend the deadline until Nov. 9. Democrats sought more time as a way to help deal with an expected historic high number of absentee ballots.
That ends the argument unless the Supreme Court reinstates the lawless policy imposed in defiance of state law by a single federal judge.

In Pennsylvania the Supreme court allowed Democrats to changes the rules late, just months before the election.

The rulings included three major changes:

The Green Party candidate was struck from the ballot

Ballots will be accepted UP TO THREE DAYS after the election until November 9th

Poll workers must serve voters in the county where they live — this protects far left districts where fraud is most likely to occur.

On Monday, top officials from Pennsylvania’s Republican-held legislature asked the Supreme Court to review a court ruling that extended the due date for mail-in ballots.

“In the middle of an ongoing election, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has altered the rules of the election and extended the 2020 General Election beyond the ‘Time’ established by the state legislature,” the GOP wrote. “In doing so, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has violated federal law and the federal Constitution.”

Last week military mail-in ballots were found in a ditch in Pennsylvania. All ballots were for President Trump.
